This year’s UEFA Champions League campaign in Nigeria, which kicked off in April 2024, was all about rewarding cardholders and bringing the excitement of the Champions League closer to them.
Teaming up with the retail chain Prince Ebeano Supermarket, Mastercard offered one lucky cardholder and two of their friends more than just a chance of a priceless viewing experience of the match; the winner was treated to an exhilarating three-day, two-night, all-expense-paid trip, featuring a two-million naira shopping spree, a chauffeured ride in a Rolls-Royce, first-rate culinary experience on a yacht and private beach resort.
The experience concluded with the viewing event on June 1, where they were surprised by football legend, Joseph Yobo and a live music performance from Mavin Records star, Crayon.
