It was previously reported that a Nigerian woman was terminated from her new job by her managing director just 3 hours after starting.
According to her, she was posted to the company by NYSC and had completed all necessary documentation. She began her role in the first week of June as instructed.
While working at her desk, she was called to the MD’s office by the interviewer. The MD then explained that her qualifications did not align with the organization’s requirements, despite her skills matching the department she was assigned to.
