Wizkid makes U-turn, denies mocking Davido, Chioma

 Afrobeats singer, Wizkid debunks allegations of shading his colleague, Davido and his wife, Chioma while insisting that his rant is about his personal growth as a father, partner, and believer.



The singer who is currently with his manager Jada Pollock, with whom he shares his youngest two sons revealed that his love for God and his family has deepened.

He emphasized that he harbours no ill will towards anyone and wishes everyone well amidst claims of mocking his colleague’s wedding.

Wizkid made these remarks in response to social media speculation that his recent tweets were aimed at his soon-to-be-married colleague Davido and his fiancée Chioma Rowland.

The Starboy clarified that his tweets were merely his “daily rant on how much I love my family.”

In a series of tweets, he wrote;

“Y’all so foolish. Don’t mix up my tweets. I wish everybody well. Smoke a joint before u read any of my tweets moving forward.

“lol ok let me explain where I’m at to you guys. I love God more now, love family, Love self and no hate in my heart for no man. Don’t mix my tweets up. Smoke a joint pls my babies.”

He added, “Now Enjoy your day my babies! Daddy loves you ! Spread love ! ❤️🦅”

A heavily pregnant Nigerian   woman   sparked discussion when she went into labor minutes after posting a video on   TikTok , ultimately losing her   twins . In a video she shared on her TikTok page from her hospital bed, the woman revealed that she had posted on TikTok shortly before going into labor. However, she disclosed that she lost her twins during labor at the hospital. The video carried a caption that better explains the event: “Few minutes after posting on TikTok, labor took place. FCT police drafted to Abuja school where students were filmed bullying their classmate The FCT Police Command has dispatched experienced officers to the Leads British International School grounds to conduct inquiries into the reported cases of bullying.     A statement from the Police Public Relations Officer for the FCT Command, SP Josephine Adeh, reads   “In a proactive response to alarms raised by some members of the public regarding videos circulating on social media depicting the bullying of students at the above mentioned school, the FCT Police Command is on top of the situation and has deployed seasoned officers to the school premises for investigations and to forestall any possible breakdown of law and order.”

Bobrisky pleads guilty to Naira abuse as court strikes out Money Laundering charges Popular cross-dresser, Idris Olanrewaju Okuneye aka Bobrisky, has pleaded guilty to the Naira abuse charge leveled against him by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC). Bobrisky was arraigned before the Federal High Court, Lagos on a six-count charge bordering on alleged Abuse of the Naira and alleged Money Laundering  When the charge was read, Bobrisky pleaded guilty to the first four counts bordering on Naira abuse.  Before the charge was read, the EFCC’s counsel, Suleiman Suleiman, however asked the court to strike out counts five and six bothering on Money laundering allegations.   Justice Abimbola Awogboro subsequently struck out counts five and six.   Bobrisky was then arraigned on only counts one to four charges. When the counts were read, Bobrisky was asked if he understood the charge that was read to him, he replied, “yes, I am guilty”.
