Protesting UNIBEN Students Refuse Passage To Soldiers Passing Through Ugbowo

 According to reports, soldiers on escort duty were

 refused passage through the Ugbowo road at Uniben by protesting Uniben students protesting about welfare (lack of electricity etc) at their institution.
