Gunman shoots dead two people before turning weapon on himself during deposition at law office in Las Vegas




A gunman today shot dead two people before turning the weapon on himself at a law office in Las Vegas.

 

 

The shooting occurred at the offices of Prince Law Group in Summerlin shortly after 10.30am local time.

 

 

A source told KTNV the shots were fired during a deposition, with the gunman killing two people before fatally shooting himself.

Officers shut down traffic in the area as a major emergency response was launched, with initial reports stating the gunman had barricaded himself inside.

 

 

'This is a dynamic event and multiple LVMPD emergency vehicles are responding,' police stated on social media. 'Please avoid the area.' 

 

 

The suspect was a male and the two victims that are deceased are a male and a female, according to Sheriff Kevin McHahil.

 

 

'I just want to assure the community now we believe that the suspect is deceased, we do have two deceased victims on scene and there is no further threat to the community,' McHahil said.

A heavily pregnant Nigerian   woman   sparked discussion when she went into labor minutes after posting a video on   TikTok , ultimately losing her   twins . In a video she shared on her TikTok page from her hospital bed, the woman revealed that she had posted on TikTok shortly before going into labor. However, she disclosed that she lost her twins during labor at the hospital. The video carried a caption that better explains the event: “Few minutes after posting on TikTok, labor took place. Bobrisky pleads guilty to Naira abuse as court strikes out Money Laundering charges Popular cross-dresser, Idris Olanrewaju Okuneye aka Bobrisky, has pleaded guilty to the Naira abuse charge leveled against him by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC). Bobrisky was arraigned before the Federal High Court, Lagos on a six-count charge bordering on alleged Abuse of the Naira and alleged Money Laundering  When the charge was read, Bobrisky pleaded guilty to the first four counts bordering on Naira abuse.  Before the charge was read, the EFCC’s counsel, Suleiman Suleiman, however asked the court to strike out counts five and six bothering on Money laundering allegations.   Justice Abimbola Awogboro subsequently struck out counts five and six.   Bobrisky was then arraigned on only counts one to four charges. When the counts were read, Bobrisky was asked if he understood the charge that was read to him, he replied, “yes, I am guilty”.
